Meeting called to order at 7:50 p.m.

Angie Rennard – Habig meeting next week.  Kevin & Barry please ask your high school teams to come and volunteer.   Numbers haven’t come in yet from Snickers/Chevy Cup.  Sold about 206 t-shirts, we get $5 per shirt.

Barb Neumann – Trophies will be here by next Monday for the last in-house weekend.  All age groups will get one including U14.  A parent brought up putting goal post covers on the goals for in-house.  This parent will help raise the funds to get them.  A parent brought an idea to Dan Nuemann about MarkSmart where the fields are marked only once.  Barb handed out info to think about.  Some concerns about U8 boys have been taken care of.

Steve Brown – Nations Rent donated generator for Snickers/Chevy Cup and will for Habig if we put an ad in the program.  Rental is usually $250 per day.  Has checks for Angie for uniforms.  Try-outs will be June 3,4, & 5 for boys and girls.  Team announcements will be after 6:00 on June 9th.  Hamilton Heights called Noblesville travel commissioner and they have 50 or 60 kids they want to play at a higher level.  Noblesville is a closed club.  Hamilton Heights will call Steve to discuss them coming to our try-outs.

Kerri Brown – Shirts went great.  One NCRSL team had a problem with shirts.

Steve Brink – Travel Evaluation Process has new wording.  Would like to get it on the website in time for try-outs.  Steve Brown, Steve Brink, Steve Danforth, Kevin Scanlon & Barry Brownhill will meet to get a uniform rating system in place for boys & girls try-outs.  Check in will be 5:00 with try-outs going from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at Shamrock.  The dates for the age groups are as follows:  U-13/14 on June 3, U11/12 on June 4, and U9/10 on June 5.

Issues have come up about Mario and next year.  We need to set some boundaries.  Steve Brown volunteered to be Mario’s contact.  There will be a contract set up and signed with guidelines and consequences.

Barry Brownhill – Proposed having a kit available to in-house coaches with balls, pennies, DVD/videos, cones, etc. and show them what to do with them.

Barb Neumann – Do other clubs have first aid training for coaches?  It is something we might think about doing.

Meeting adjourned at 9:55 p.m.
